No Refunds allowed
15% Handling fee will be charged on any Payments done back to clients
All products/equipment/appliances returned after 7 days used, without its original packaging, will be considered second hand and may be bought back at the company’s discretion

Exchanges Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7–14 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
Customers cover the return delivery cost unless the item is faulty.

What type of warranty do we offer?
Our products come with a bring-in warranty, which means you’ll need to return the item to the store where it was purchased for repairs or assessment.
What should I do if my product stops working?
Please contact our Customer Service team first to log the issue before bringing the product in. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
What’s not covered under warranty?
The warranty doesn’t cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or not following the user manual
- Wear-and-tear parts like fuses, plugs, cables, glass, bulbs, blades, belts, and brushes
- Used or second-hand items
Do I need to service my product?
Yes! To keep your warranty valid, please service your equipment every 6 months (or as needed, depending on use).
For refrigeration equipment, servicing must be done quarterly by one of our authorised service agents — this is required to keep the warranty active. Proof of service will be needed for any warranty claim.
How do I claim warranty service?
Email us your proof of purchase (invoice) and explanation of issues and we’ll guide you on next steps.
What if no fault is found?
If our technicians find no defect, the service cost will be for the customer’s account.
How long do repairs take?
Repairs usually take up to 5 business days from the time the fault is logged. All approved repair costs are covered by us.
